g222 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "g222", "we", "us", "our" refers to the g222 platform and its operating entity, accessible at g222.im.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the g222 platform or accesses any part of the g222 service.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the g222 platform.
• "Platform" means the g222 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services and features available at g222.im.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by g222 to players under specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on g222, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of g222 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by g222 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme or self-exclusion list maintained by g222 or any third-party responsible gaming body.

g222 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card or passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the g222 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, g222 reserves the right to close all accounts, void all associated wagers, and confiscate any balances or bonus credits without prior notice.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not register using a false name, a name other than your own legal name, or any fictitious identity. g222 may at any time require you to verify the information provided at registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify g222 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. g222 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Account registration and all subsequent account activities must be conducted by the account holder personally. The use of accounts by third parties, including family members, is strictly prohibited. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person.

g222 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi bank transfer services. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the account cashier section and are subject to change with prior notice.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account belonging to another individual — are not permitted. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts. KYC verification requires submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport. Processing times for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are 15 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

g222 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds declarations for withdrawals above specified thresholds. Withdrawal requests may be declined where KYC verification is incomplete or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Any active bonus balance must comply with the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of the associated real-money balance can be processed. Bonus terms are displayed in full within the account bonus tracker and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bonus offers are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Players who attempt to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts, devices, or IP addresses will have all bonus balances forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.

g222 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash prior to satisfying wagering requirements.

Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including through matched betting strategies, arbitrage, or any systematic approach designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus credits — constitutes bonus abuse. g222 reserves the right to void all wagers, confiscate winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Determinations regarding bonus abuse are made at g222's sole discretion.

All wagers placed on the g222 platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event. These rules are published within each game or market and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that specific game or bet.

Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the g222 system. g222 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a placed bet after confirmation, except where an obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error") has occurred. g222 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds at its sole discretion.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome or recording of a wager, g222 will endeavour to resolve the matter equitably. Where the outcome cannot be verified, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. g222 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity failures on the player's end.

For sports betting markets — including but not limited to BPL T20, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and ICC tournaments — g222 applies standard sports betting rules governing event postponement, abandonment, and walkover outcomes. These rules are published within the sportsbook section of the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g222 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and permanent account closure. g222 reserves the right to report suspected criminal conduct to relevant authorities.

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud g222 or other players through misrepresentation, false documentation, identity theft, or any other fraudulent means.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback with a payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately processed and credited to your account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker variants.
• Match Fixing: Placing wagers on sporting events you know or suspect to be fixed, or participating in any arrangement to fix sporting outcomes.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place wagers on the platform without express written consent from g222.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions. Players who identify such errors must notify g222 support immediately.
• Money Laundering: Using the g222 platform for any money laundering purpose, including depositing funds with no intention to wager and withdrawing to a different payment method.
• Underage Access: Registering an account or placing wagers while under the age of 21, or facilitating access to the platform by any person under 21.

While g222 takes reasonable measures to maintain Platform availability, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any service.

g222 is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conduct of third-party payment processors, game providers, or network service providers. Any disputes with third-party service providers must be directed to those providers directly. g222 will make reasonable efforts to assist players in resolving such disputes but accepts no liability for third-party failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits g222's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
